Directions for use:

Mix 200 g (250 ml) of powder with 200ml of lukewarm water (20��C max) until you get a homogenous paste. Apply quickly the paste using a spatula to the areas of the body that need treatment, then cover with a plastic foil to preserve the heating effect. After 30 minutes wash it off.
