- Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility: The product must be in resalable condition. Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

- Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective:

- Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete:

- Cancellation of Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under our standard return policy. - Return Shipping Costs
Faulty or Incorrect Items: WheelieBinz will cover the cost of return shipping.
