Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are handled by MedQ Medical Supplies. Eligible goods should be reported promptly. A handling fee may apply to goods returned after 5 working days. Sterile goods, made-to-order or specially imported goods, and products restricted for hygiene or safety reasons may not be returnable for change of mind. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Return label and shipping

Return label: Customer's responsibility. For authorised non-defective returns, the customer arranges the return label and pays return shipping. Contact [email protected] before sending goods back. For incorrect or confirmed defective goods, contact MedQ to confirm the corrective collection or return-freight arrangement in writing. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Damage or shortages

Record visible damage or shortages at delivery and contact MedQ with the invoice or quotation number, product details and photographs where relevant.
